We do not accept returns or offer refunds. In case your order arrives damaged, you must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. This video is mandatory for us to review and process your request. Please email us with the unboxing video and details of the issue within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist you accordingly. Since all products are handmade, slight imperfections are part of the process and are not considered defects.
